  • Prior to co-founding BH3 Management, Mr. Lebensohn practiced law in New York City for over ten years

  • Over two decades of investment and operational experience related to the real estate and construction sectors

  • Prior to co-founding BH3 Management, Mr. Freedman managed a private bridge lending firm focused on providing transitional debt products for commercial and residential real estate

Chairman, Board Member & Investment Committee Member

  • Executive Chairman of BH3 Management where he oversees implementation and execution of BH3’s institutional products

  • Investor in and an advisor to CCUR and currently serves on the board and audit committee of Spartacus Acquisition Company (NASDQ: TMTS)

  • Founder and Co-CEO of Council Advisors Capital, an investment partnership

  • Previously, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Archer Capital Management, a private investment partnership with peak AUM of $1.4 billion, investing in more than 45 SPACs and various commercial real-estate related loans, assets, REITs and operating companies

  • Mr. Edidin was a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Credit Investments at York Capital Management

  • Previously held an investment position at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and a restructuring advisory position at The Blackstone Group

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard

  • Previously a Principal at Centerline Capital Management, an alternative asset management firm founded by Platinum Equity to make long-term, value-add investments in publicly-traded middle market companies
  • 11+ years at Archer Capital, focused on private and public investments across the capital structure
  • Began career at Houlihan Lokey advising companies and creditors in financial restructurings, capital raising, valuations and M&A
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Roberto C. Goizueta Business School of Emory University
